Durable, stable and needle-sharp, these are the characteristics of the hooks from the European market leader VMC® and are therefore a must have for our Q-Jigs®. 

Material

In search of a lead-free alternative for our jigheads, we have developed our own alloy together with a manufacturer in the Netherlands, which comes very close to the density of lead and yet is 100% lead-free. We specifically chose not to use Zamak, as we believe this alloy is very brittle and almost doubles the volume of a lead jig! Tungsten was not an alternative for us for cost reasons. 

The Q-Jig® is only minimally larger in volume than a comparable lead jig.

Technology

After intensive tests we can confirm that the sinking behaviour of the

Q-Jig is in no way inferior to

that of a lead head. 

The lead-free Q-Jig is ideal for

regular spin fishing, vertical

fishing and lazy fishing in

freshwater and the heavier

Q-jigs are ideal for heavy

spin fishing but also for

slow jigging.

Production

The Q-Jig is handmade. 

Each jig head is marked with a grammage so you can quickly find the jig you want in your tackle box without too much searching.



Furthermore, every single Q-Jig undergoes a final inspection, 

so that no head wobbles on the hook shank. 

Packaging

Environmental friendliness and sustainability were of course also a major concern for us when it came to the packaging. Therefore: No use of plastic in the entire manufacturing and packaging process.

Desweiteren wird ein stabiler Baitholder eingesetzt, der den Shad während des Aufziehens nicht beschädigt, aber dennoch bombenfest hält. Die Verwendung von Sekundenkleber wird hier überflüssig.
